Maritza for Model Number 110.42926200 Hi, my dad has a Kenmore Elite HE washer - its about 10 yrs old. Just last week, he noticed it was leaking water so we notice the bellow/boot was worn out. I ordered one and he follow the install video on your website. After, complete install attempted to run a cycle and the door will not close and we noticed the latch does not catch. I hope you can help us, thank you!
Answer Maritza, you will want to check to ensure that the door bellow is seated properly all around, if it does not seat properly, it can cause this issue.
