Lucy for Model Number GHW9400PT4 The tub seal still hold water when I open the door, pull the tub seal back there is water standing there. I take a towel to soak up the water. What could be wrong?
Answer Lucy, When you pull apart the tub seal if you will look in the center of the bottom you will see some drain holes there. Use something small and not sharp to clear those holes and most of your water will drain back to the outer tub.
