Tara I am not sure if this is my model number, but W10284544A was on the sticker on the back of the washer and inside the soap dispenser was the number 8540749 / 4619 702 0981 3. It is a Whirlpool Duet TumbleFresh 4.0 cu.ft. washer. The grey seal at the door has a hole in it, causing the washer to leak. I am not sure if this is the correct part number I need and if is capable of being installed by us instead of a tech. Does the part come with instructions on how to install?
Answer Hello Tara! Try looking on the inside of the door around the tub with the door open. There should be a tag with the model/serial number located on it.
