Cole I just bought this range yesterday used from a private seller. I needed to replace the 4 prong plug with a 3 prong plug. When I was hooking up the new plug the little copper tab in the middle of the terminal block broke off when I bent it to attach to the white wire on the range (it was previously not connected not sure if that is right or a big deal?). Do I need to order a new Terminal block to have this working safely/properly? Thank you for the help. Cole
Answer Hello Cole, The strap is removed for the four prong cord but if was present, it should be reconnected for re-installation of the three prong cord for electrical shock protection. If WP9761958 looks like your terminal block, it may work. Since there was no model number in your post, we have no way to verify. Read More...
