Ed for Model Number MSD2651HES The panel in my Maytag is stuck only in water dispenser. The panel is on lock mode and cant be reset it by pressing the two buttons. The ice buttoms cant be changed from water to ice dispense. The appliance dispense water and makes ice. Should i change the Board only or have to replace also Facade and insert?
Answer Hello Ed, the dispenser control board part WP67003817 has the push buttons for selections, the facade insert is just a flexible overlay. It sounds like one or more of the pushbuttons is stuck in. If you check the face of the facade and it is bowed inward and may be holding one of the dispenser board push buttons in then the facade insert is part WP67004151. Read More...
