Gus for Model Number MFI2568AES Water dispenser is working but not making ice.The last time we used the water and ice dispenser was about 3 year ago. We moved and there was no water connection available so the refrigerator was in use but the water line was not connectect for that amount of time. I resently hooked up the water line to the refrigerator, but no ice.
Answer Hello Gus. You will need to check and see if the icemaker is cycling in the unit. If the icemaker is not cycling, then the icemaker W10583817 is bad and will need to be replaced. This part has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. Thanks. Read More...
