Cynthia G for Model Number MLE2000AYW Have 2 stackable in the Bahamas. Both units doing same thing, light comes on when pushed to start but will not stay on and lock, also was having problem with spinning and draining. Please help no repairman on this little Island.
Answer Cynthia, The most common cause for the door lock to not come on and the no spin or drain would be a wax motor and check the control board for a R11 resistor to see if the resistor is burnt.
