Mike for Model Number JS48PPDBDA I replaced the main control board and the freezer will still not get down to temperature. It worked its way to 22 degrees yesterday evening but went back up to 29 degrees this morning. Doors closed all night.
Answer Hello Mike. Make sure the condenser coils are clean and the condenser fan motor is running properly in the unit. If not, it will cause this issue.
