Javier for Model Number WGD95HEDC1 I own a whirlpool duet dryer model WGD95HEDC1, it won't start. It powers on and as soon as I press the start button, you can hear a click and it moves about a 1/4 of an inch and it stops. I checked the usual suspects and all the sensors give me continuity or they read correctly, the belt and the idler pully seem fine, I can move the dryer by hand.
Answer Javier, Thanks for the question!!! Check for 120v to the motor. If voltage is present the motor W11511154 is bad. If no voltage at the motor, check the control for output voltage, if no voltage replace the control W10849080. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, August 31, 2022
