John I have a Jenn-air French door bottom freezer, it’s warm in top and freezer sections, replaced run capacitor, and relay on tank, they came both together, still not working, any ideas?
Answer Hello John, without a model number, we are limited to some general checks. In normal run mode the evaporator fan, condenser fan, and compressor should be running. If you have a multimeter you can check for 120v starting at the compressor and condenser fan terminals. If they are all running that would indicate a sealed system leak. Also, your model came with a technical testing sheet, it is located under the top right side door hinge cover or under /behind the lower front grill, you can use it to run tests on the components from the control panel.
