E. for Model Number kitchenaid kuds30ixss0 I have installed a new chopper assembly, but it does not appear to spin with the shaft. It appears that the chopper assembly does not extend far enough to fully mesh with the shaft. I am installing the chopper screen in the outer groove. Any tips on getting a new chopper assembly to fully engage with the shaft? Thanks
Answer Hello E., If the center of the circulation impeller 8193951A is worn down it will have to be replaced for the chopper to properly mesh with it.
