Pam for Model Number SVE47600b Hi, I just replaced part # 71001799 after having no clock or heat to the oven.. the stove topped worked, fan and oven light also.. after replacing part, clock works, stove top, fan and light. I set the oven to heat and it is stuck on 100 preheat and not heating. There is a faint high pitched sound as well (almost like its trying to heat). since its computerized.. do I need to give time for it to (reboot) sort of speak, or should it come right on?
