Answer ED, Probably not, this is the control panel, a cosmetic part. You need to make sure you have 120 VAC at the outlet, through the line filter and into the CCU. Then consider the CCU and the U/I WPW10525351 and WP8571903 if the unit is "dead" and can't be programmed. We'll be sending you some service information to help you out.
