Gerry, according to the manufacturer, it pulls straight off, you can sometimes use a flat blade screwdriver to pry it off, working from side to side.

Mark, the panel WPW10099593 does include the button pads that press into the keys located on the control board WP8571903. If the keys of the control are broken or missing, the control board would need to be replaced as well.

Rick, If it is the keypads that have broken on the control panel then the Control panel WPW10099593 would need to be replaced. If the stem of the control knob broken off for the settings then this would be a bad user interface and would need to be replaced.

Joanna, If you have already checked the water valve screens then you will want to test for power at the water valve. If there is power then you will want to replace the water valve if not power then replace the control board.
