I've read multiple sites and question/answers about this behavior and the control board replacement recommendations are not always the same. I understand that the first part to try would be the Keypad itself Part #: WP8206635. However, different sources recommend replacement of different control boards as the 2nd step. If the keypad does not fix the random operation, should I replace the in-door control board Part #: WPW10391271 or the in-housing control board Part #: WP8206488 as the 2nd step?
