Carl for Model Number KHMS2050SSS) My unit only works some time when I touch the touchpad control panel. Sometimes it dosen't do anything for 5-minutes and then it will only work once or twice. It has also started to randomly start and it shows 60 minutes. I have to unplug and reinsert plug everytime to get microwave to work. The unit " Beeps" as it cyles through different items, time, date etc.
