Tom for Model Number 59668147891 on the ice maker the water overflows when filling the tray and turns into a huge piece of ice in the ice cube tray... What might be the cause of this a valve or does the whole thing need to be replaced.......thanks
Answer Tom, You will want to make sure that it is definitely water that is overflowing. Check the fill cup on the icemaker to make sure that there is no ice that is in it which would cause water to overrun. Also check to make sure that the icemaker mold is not leaking or deteriorating. If these check ok and the water is overflowing then the issue would be a water valve in which the valve would need to be replaced. Read More...
