Answer Jim, With the issue that you are having, if it occurs every time the unit shuts down then it would most likely be caused by a faulty thermostat. If the issue occurs only about every 8 hours then it could be an issue that the defrost timer is sticking an not allowing the unit to come out of defrost. Read More...
