Joanne for Model Number KSRS22QGBLOO I HAVE A KITCHEN AID REFRIGERATOR SIDE BY SIDE. I OPENED THE REFRIGERTOR DOOR AND NOTICED NO LIGHT. OPENED THE FREEZER DOOR AND NO LIGHT THERE EITHER. TRIED NEW BULBS AND STILL NO LUCK. I TESTED MY CIRCUIT BREAKER AND TESTED GOOD. I DO HAVE POWER FROM THE OUTLET THROUGH OUT THE CORD INTO THE REFRIGERATOR. WHAT COULD IT BE?
Answer Hello Joanne. You will need to remove the back access cover and check the wiring on the unit. It sounds like the wiring is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
