Ed G. for Model Number ED5RHEXNL00 Hey Guys,my fridge is on the fritz. The motors run fine, lights work, but its just blowing warm air. I tested the compressor with a ohm meter and it passed the test. I looked for oil leaks, and everything is clean as a whip. The compressor gets hot. I tested the run capacitor with the ohm meter on 1K and got a quick short read on the scale. There is no burned up parts in the compressor starting device ether. How can I get this thing back on line?
Answer Hello Ed. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the compressor W10309994 is bad, or there is a restriction, or a freon leak.
