Bruce Whirlpool SidebySide Model ED5PHEXM00. The starter relay is fried, found replacement part No AP3885081, but want to know if these burn up on their own or if there is usually another cause i.e. Compressor? Also is there a way to test if the capacitor which plugs into the relay is ok. At $100 I didn't want to just start replacing parts.
