Randy for Model Number FRS26ZNHB2 I sent a question a little while ago but I think I used the wrong email. I purchased a relay and overload kit 5304410951 and capacitor 218909902. The issue is I'm not sure where the run capacitor connects. The red wire which I think is the hot, goes to the white part terminal (overload), blue goes to # 2 terminal. Not sure how the run capacitor wires in.
Answer Hello Randy, You have all of the connections correct. The run capacitor wires will connect to the relay on terminals 1 and 3. If the relay has no terminal 1, that wire will share terminal 2 with the blue wire. This can be accomplished with a piggyback terminal TJMA02896-1, (be sure to insulate with electrical tape so the terminal cannot short to anything). Read More...
