Robert C. for Model Number KUDK03ITWH3 Wash cycle will not start. Regular wash light blinks rapidly when pushed. It can be cancelled only by pushing cancel, whick also blinks rapidly. Rinse light is always on (dim), but goes out when the heat dry is pushed, but goes back on when heat dry is released. Is it this panel or the circuit board?
