Dale January 22, 2021 for Model Number Kitchenaid KUDK031TWHO Hello, Our dishwasher control panel has an issue where when we go to start the unit, lights on touch pad will flash and the unit will try to start a wash cycle, and then all goes blank and the unit shuts off. We have had the unit for quite awhile and soon after we purchased it we had to replace the touch pad control panel. Any thoughts on what the issue is here? 1 Answer Dale, it would be recommended that the power supply is turned off and the touchpad assembly WPW10078106 is tested at the ribbon. With the black meter probe at pin 3 of the ribbon and the red probe at pin 12, the cancel/drain button should not have continuity until the button is pressed. Lorenz January 24, 2014 for Model Number kudk03itwh2 We're changing kitchen appliances from white to stainless. Our Kitchenaid dishwasher works fine, so I'm considering replacing the front, currently white, with stainless. Do I have to buy both the door panel and the control panel in order to have a completely SS front, or is this one part? The parts are expensive so replacing both won't be economical. Thanks.

Ralph February 11, 2013 for Model Number KUDS301XBLO F04306990 I have a Kitchen Aid dishwasher and the 4 hour delay and cancel/drain leds are both lit dimly all the time. Whirlpool just sent me a new control assembly, but it did not fix it. It works alright for sometimes a week, sometimes a day, then it won't do anything. If I turn off the breaker for a minute or so, it will then work again for a while. Resetting it does not fix the two dim LEDS, they are always on.

Robert C. June 08, 2012 for Model Number KUDK03ITWH3 Wash cycle will not start. Regular wash light blinks rapidly when pushed. It can be cancelled only by pushing cancel, whick also blinks rapidly. Rinse light is always on (dim), but goes out when the heat dry is pushed, but goes back on when heat dry is released. Is it this panel or the circuit board?
