Myron, This style dishwasher can take as long as two hours or more to run and complete certain cycles. At this point, it's not likely you need a control board. You may have an issue in the drain hose 8269144A with a kink or clog in the line or at the plumbing, you may have an issue in the drain pump impeller WPW10348269 so it doesn't drain completely, etc. You should find the Technical Data Sheet attached to the backside of the kickplate panel, or frame of the dishwasher and can conduct the diagnostic test mode, this should assist you in determining which direction to take.
