Jeff Nj for Model Number Whirlpool-Dishwasher DU1055XTSD2 The only lights the come on when pressing keypad are under options - high temp wash, sani-rinse, heated dry. If I press high temp wash-heated dry 4 times it goes through a quick wash - rinse cycle and then all the lights go out. I already tested good the thermal unit and door switch for continuity. I replaced the control board with a used one i got on ebay and same results. Does it seem that the touchpad/control panel is bad? How do you open up the plastic to get the actual keys?
Answer Jeff, If you look at the tech sheet on the unit there would be a key chart for the keys on the touchpad. You will want to do a continuity test on the keypad as the keys are not accessible.
