Lemongrass for Model Number DU1055XTSB3 Thnks for info on disconnecting ribbon cable. I ordered Control panel because my web search indicated that if my "pots and pans" and "normal" lights are blinking, I need to replace the touch pad, which I understand is associated with the control panel (AP3951372). Before I go any further, is this correct, or should I have ordered the Circuit board (AP4303742) only or also ? Thanks
Answer Hello Lemongrass. Based on the information you provided, and according to the manufacture, the control panel WPW10021710 should be replaced first. If the issue continues, you will need to replace the control board. If you order the panel from us, and it does not fix the issue, you can send it back and order the control board. Hope this helps.
