Hello Bill, You should first check the breaker in the breaker box. You need to turn it off and then back on. If this doesn't get you going, remove the kick panel and the small galvanized box to check the electrical connections. If they are Okay, you will need to remove the inner door panel to check the door switches. One note here, if the unit isn't secured under5 the countertop and can move around, the door switches may not be making properly. The unit has to be secured to the countertop or cabinets and all fi=our feet sharing in the support of the weight of the unit to prevent the door from striking at an angle.
