Answer Hello Bob. Yes, if the control assembly WP99002823 sends power to the water valve, then you will need to replace it. However, if there is no power there and the valve does not shut off, you will need to replace the water valve WP99001359. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
