Kenneth for Model Number MDBM601AWW Cycle is stuck. Don't know what cycle it is in. No lights on panel. It did have water in the cycle but I drained it out. No water is coming to unit.
Answer Hello Kenneth, The firs thing you should check the connections to the control board and ensure that everything is making a good connection. You then want to ensure that you have power coming to control board. Since you don't have lights, if you have power to the control board then you want to check to make sure you are getting 2k ohms to the interface board. Check the ribbon that connects to J6 pins 1 to 4. If you do not have resistance then you need to replace the control panel 6-919819. Read More...
