Phillip for Model Number MAH5500BWQ Previously the washer would light up but would not go when you press start and eventually we would get it to go just by pressing off, opening/closing door in no particular order or sequence. At some point it would respond when we press start. This time there is no response. You can set the cycle to whatever you want but after you press start nothing happens, after you walk away are return when you think about it again all the lights are off. They immediately come back on when you open the door. Close it and press start and nothing happens. Please advise.
