Bill July 23, 2017 for Model Number MAH55FLBWW I have a Maytag Neptune Washer, model number entered on the left. The serial number is 15544124EV. It was purchased new in 2006. I have a parts list for this model washer, but it lists (6) different part numbers for the control board depending upon what series it is. Can you tell me what series my washer is based on the serial number? The parts list shows different part numbers for each of the following series numbers: 10, 13, 18, 25, 28, & 29 Thank you for any assistance that you can provide.
1 Answer Hello Bill. You will need to order WP22004299 for the one needed for your model. Read More...

Dan U May 10, 2015 for Model Number mah5500bww Serial # A961664dce Our washer was working fine. Tried to wash another load of clothes, got it ready went to hit star and nothing happens. Did diagnostic check on control board and it will not light the led for start button. Does that mean the control board is bad, and if so which one do I need. On schematic it says its number 22 and says its discontinued, is that true or can I use part number ap4027824? Thanks
1 Answer Dan, The correct control that you would need for your unit is part number WP22004299. The control board may not be the issue. You will want to check the console by doing a keypad check. The information for this should be on the tech sheet located in the control panel of the unit. If the keypad test checks bad then you will need the console part number 22003238. Read More...
John February 03, 2015 for Model Number MAH5500BWW We ordered a C. board AP4027824 Last week and are waiting for the part to come, Is there a video to show how to replace the part? We replaced the door assembly latch,, and by the way your video on replacing it was great, but that wasn't the problem, so hopefully this one does the trick.
1 Answer John, Unfortunately there is not a video showing how to replace the control board on your unit. To do this you will need to pull the unit out from the wall and disconnect power. Once disconnected you will need to remove the panel from the rear of the control and this will give access to the control board to be replaced. Read More...
Tim November 24, 2014 for Model Number MAH5500BWW Washer was working fine, had to move it now it is completely dead. No lights no nothing after replugging it in. I have power thru the EMI to the board were it plugs in. Is the control board no longer made for this washer or are they using a different part number than what i see listed on this site. Could there be something else causing this problem.
1 Answer Hello Tim. You can still order the board WP22004299 for the unit. If there is power there and it is dead, replace the board. However, check for loose connections first from moving the unit. Read More...
Steven P. October 05, 2014 for Model Number MAH5500BWW When I run the washer thru its' cycle, I come home and find the drum full of water. I put it in a spin cycle and the drum empties and spins and empties. I think it is the timer in the circuit board but am not too sure. Can you give me some advice? If you think it is the circuit board, do you sell them? Thanks
1 Answer Hello Steven, You should first remove the hose between the tub and the drain pump and check for debris. When the hose is removed from the bottom of the outer tub you will be able to make sure there is no small article of clothing between the tubs since it will settle here. If it is clear, the issue is most likely a bad drain pump WP25001052. Read More...

1 Answer John, With the motor run test passing, the issue with the washer would be in the main control board. Read More...
Jennifer September 29, 2014 for Model Number MAH5500BWW We recently replaced the console on our washer and it worked fine for the past few weeks. Now it's unresponsive to any buttons being pushed and won't turn on. It's doing this with both the old and new console, so I don't think the new console is defective. Would our next step be to replace the control board? Thank you!
1 Answer Jennifer, You will first want to check to make sure that the unit is not in a control lockout mode. If this checks ok then it would be more likely that the issue will be with the control board of the unit. Read More...
