Frustrated_And_Confused for Model Number MAH4000AWW, Series 10 My washer worked great until one day it would not move through the cycles. I ended up buying a new timer, part number 22002992. A local appliance repair place recommended & ordered the part for me. After I put in the new timer and tried starting the washer, I got an odd buzzing sound, and the wall breaker went to the 'off' position. I also smelled something burning when I reopened the control panel. I noticed the R11 resistor was burned, so bought a replacement resistor and 600v triac, but this did no good... same results. Old timer would not advance and new timer caused breaker to blow and smokey smell. Do I need a new control board, different timer model, ????? Need help please!!
