Answer Hello Mark. You will need to check the evaporator fan motor 12002744 and make sure it is running properly. The evaporator fan motor is located inside the freezer section of the refrigerator. If it is running properly, make sure there is no defrost problem inside the freezer. If it is good, you will need to check the damper WP67003903 inside the refrigerator and see if it is stuck closed.
