Tim for Model Number MBF2256HEW The freezer is cold, but the refrigerator is warm. The damper in the refrigerator moves as I change the temperature setting for the refrigerator, but cold air never comes out of the opening in the refrigerator. Any ideas?
Answer Tim, Roll the freezer drawer out as far as possible and check for a frost or ice build up on the back wall of the freezer, you may have a defrost issue. Another thing to check is the evaporator fan motor WPW10128551 , it moves the air through the freezer and up into the fresh food compartment, and remove the crisper drawers in the refrigerator, and check the air return tunnels in the bottom corners of the compartment for blockage or ice. Of course you're also going to check and make sure all the doors close and seal all the way around the opening. Thanks and Good Luck Read More...
