Now, you can select Heavy, Normal, or Light, but when you press Start/Cancel the wash doesn't start. Is the control board the likely culprit?
Answer Hello Kel. Test the door switches WP99002751 and make sure they are good. If so, you will need to replace the control panel 6-919806. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Kel, No, the control board is the last option, you need to start at the control panel / key pad assembly 6-919806. Occasionally, you can dismantle the control assembly, clean the insertion end of the touchpad ribbon with alcohol, and re insert it on the control board, and the dishwasher will work for a while.
