Craig for Model Number JES9750 or JES9860 The oven temp control display will not change. It only allows a 350 degree setting. Sorry I am not sure of the Model number as Jenn- Air was so wise to place the tag in the down draft area where the grease collects and when I cleaned it out the information was wiped clean as well. Is there any other way to determine the correct model number
