Fred F for Model Number MHWZ600TW000 I start the washer and it it start the water and then it stops. The first time it happened the washer stopped at 8 mins and just did nothing. The door stayed locked. Unplugged the machine and pulled the manual door lock release. It shows no error codes. What do I need to fix it?
Answer Fred, If the unit stops at around 8 minutes then you will want to check the drain pump to ensure that it is not clogged which would cause a time out issue if the pressure switch does not sense the water leaving the unit. Also check the door lock to make sure that it is good. It could be that the door lock is faulty and will not allow the unit to go into the final spin. Read More...
