J L for Model Number 110.47567700 When I search under my model number you have more than one electronic control. You give no description on any of them, which is MCU, CCU, or otherwise. They dont all even have a photo. I have an F-11 code, and my repairman said it is the MDU, described as electronic control board. Does this sound correct? And how can I differentiate which control board....??
Answer JL, First off, your "F11" error code, indicates the MCU and the CCU aren't communicating, Check the wire harness between the two controls. Now, You have three electronic control/PCB assemblies in your washer. The "user interface"/ UI WP8540490 This is basically the selector buttons and selector dial assembly. The "Central Control Unit" / CCU WPW10525359 is the "brain" of the system, all the sensors and boards input the information and the ccu determines what to do.The MCU/Motor Control Unit WPW10163007 this component tells the motor what it needs to do, and sends a signal to the CCU, at the same time, so the CCU can determine if the washer is operating properly. Apparently you need the MCU, based on your post. Thanks and Good Luck Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, November 22, 2011
