Jim for Model Number WFW9550WW Original question: Whirlpool Washer will not agitate or spin. Washer has power. Belt is on. Motor does not turn on but moves freely. Front filter has been cleaned. Test shows F25. Any way to see if it is the CCU (Control Board Whirlpool Part W10205841) or MCU (Motor Control Unit Whirlpool Part W10163007) which needs replacing? Response: Hello Jim.According to the tech sheet you will need to replace the Mcu AP4327152 there is a tech sheet in your unit behind the toe panel you can remove the screws across the bottom usually 4 torx head screws or 1/4 inch screws this has a lot of information on this unit also. Thank you and good luck ! New question: I have now replaced both the MCU and the CCU. Still no agitate or spin... Whats next/ Motor?
Answer Hello Jim. Check all the wiring connections and see if they are good. If so, then it sounds like the motor WPW10140583 will need to be replaced. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, December 20, 2011
