Tom for Model Number 110.46462501 My sons washer will not spin, door locks fills and pumps out, pulled motor it ohms at 6.2 on motor, the wires while plugged into the motor have 120v on them, is there a test for the electronic control board
Answer Tom, If there is 120 vac to the motor but it is not spinning then this would be a faulty motor. It would be recommended to check the door lock assembly to make sure that there is no issue with the door lock. Could have a bad internal part and cause the unit to not spin. Read More...
