Brenda J. for Model Number KBFS25EWMS5 Food is freezing on the lower shelf above veggie drawers. Top shelf is 38 degrees, lower shelf below 32 degrees. Everything is freezing on the lower shelf like a salad in a bowl that is covered. No air is circulating inside of refrigerator and fan motor sounds like it is in distress. The motor is trying to run but can’t. What is my problem?

You could have frost build-up in the damper from an air leak around a door seal or the ice door, a damper WPW10594329 issue, or the issue will be the evaporator fan motor WPW10128551. Read More...
