Dan for Model Number KitchenAid KSSC36QTS00 Hello, I am having an issue with our ice maker. It has been working fine being able to dispense cube and crushed ice with no issues until tonight. It was switched to crushed ice and it stopped dispensing ice. Changed to cubed and I could hear the motor running but no ice dispensed as well. After about 5 mins I tried again and was able to get cubed ice but what seemed to be at a slower rate. When switching to crushed, I could hear the motor running but no ice will dispense. I am also able to move the auger arm in the ice bucket. I have checked the auger arm when calling for ice in cubed mode (with little to no ice in the bucket) and when i open it to check I can see the arm has advanced. Also there is some play on the coupling when i took the ice bucket out to look at the bottom. I am unsure if I need to buy a new coupling or to replace the shaft or motor? Thank you in advance.
