Paul for Model Number DU1055XTVQA I've got a whirlpool "Quiet Partner II" dishwasher, it's about 2 yrs. old and it quit working mid cycle and now there is no power at any and all of the push bottoms, no lights, no nothing. I checked power at the plug...it's good and have power at the junction box on the dishwasher itself. Any ideas?.....control board maybe? Thanks much in advance for you help
Answer Hello Paul. You will need to check the thermal fuse W10258275 on the unit and see if it is bad and needs to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
