Answer Mike, Are the LED lights on or are they flashing ? " WON’T RUN AND LED ABOVE KEY(S) IS BLINKING - Stuck key(s) or shorted circuit(s) in keypad. - Check keypad. If this is the case, you will need to replace the control panel/keypad assembly WP8531242. Since you've replaced the control board already. it would be a faulty keypad circuit or loose connection.
