Nancy for Model Number KUDP02CRBL2 I have a KUDP02CRBL2 that is not working. No lights illuminate and none of the buttons work. I have checked the thermal fuse and door switch and both are ok and working. How would i know if its the main circuit board or the overlay/button board. Or is there something else I need to check or replace.
Answer Hello Nancy. You test for power to the main control board WPW10084141 and if it is there, you will need to replace the main board on the unit.
