Answer Hello James, You should remove the kickpanel and open the power connection box which is normally either a plastic box or a galvanized metal box to verify that there is power to the unit and no wire nuts have melted from a loose connection. If this is good, open the door panel and see if there is a thermal fuse mounted to the side of the control board. You can also check the door switches from this location. Read More...
