Hello Jane, I was unable to pull the model number as it came up as invalid. If the model you have has a thermal fuse you need to make sure it is not open. If not, voltage to the control should be verified and the connection from the control to the control panel cleaned if necessary. This is assuming it is a ribbon cable that can be cleaned by rubbing it with a dry pencil eraser only toward the end of the cable to prevent damage to the traces.
