Gregg for Model Number Whirlpool DU100XTPQ8 Have flashing control panel lights. In checking your message board, it appears to be the control panel. Is there any way to guarantee this is the problem before I order that part?
Answer Hello Gregg. If the lights flash, but the start button does not work, the first thing you check is the door switches. If they are good, then the control panel is bad.
