Jerry for Model Number KUDW03CTBL3 My Kitchenaid starts up well, water enters and is sprayed well in the washer. When the water drains the drain pump continues to run. It will run for 20 minutes then stop for 10 seconds and run again and again. There is no water in the tub. I have changed the float switch and arm. I have changed the electronic control board. I think it may be missing a rinse cylce because it never finishes the wash. There is still soap marks on the door. What do I try next?
Answer Hello Jerry, If there is still soap on the door, you are either not filling with water or your stopped up and not circulating. If it were stopped up it may or may not drain. The chopper assembly W10083957V needs to be checked to make sure the assembly isn't broken. If it is broken, the screen will be completely clogged with food particles.
